Welcome to Jenn Kleingeltink Photo Co. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered
Jenn Kleingeltink Photo Co. provides the following services:

Photography sessions
Photo Editing
Marketing services
Design services

2. Booking and Cancellations
You can book our services through text, direct message, email, or online. We understand that sometimes cancellations or rescheduling may be necessary, especially due to weather conditions. If we need to reschedule, we will work together to find a new date.

Cancellation Policy:

If you choose to cancel completely, please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final gallery.
All payments are to be made via e-transfer, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Delivery of Photos
Final images will be delivered in digital format within 1-2 weeks post-shoot. We will notify you once your gallery is ready for download.

5. Rights to Photos
You have full rights to your photos.

However, Jenn Kleingeltink Photo Co. retains the rights to use photos for marketing purposes with your permission.

If you wish for the photos to be used for future paid opportunities, we may retain certain rights for these options. This will be discussed at the time of your booking.

6. Limitation of Liability
Lost Data or Damaged Equipment: In the rare event that data is lost or equipment is damaged, we will reschedule the shoot at no additional cost and refund any payments made for the original session.
Client Dissatisfaction: We strive for satisfaction and will work closely with you to address any concerns. If you're dissatisfied with your photos, we will find a solution together.

7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful shoot, clients are expected to:

Arrive on time for the scheduled session
Cooperate during the shoot and communicate any specific needs or preferences in advance

8. Modifications to Services and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or terms at any time. In the event of any changes, we will notify you through the same method of communication used for booking.
